A secure, transparent and fair platform for project initiators and investors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. PURPOSE<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

SIREXE INVEST is the official networking platform connecting project developers, investors and strategic partners in the mining, oil, gas, energy and related sectors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. ELIGIBILITY<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The following may participate in SIREXE INVEST:<\/p>\n

* Public and private enterprises; ;
\n* SMEs and startups; ;
\n* Individual project promoters; ;
\n* Cooperatives; ;
\n* Public institutions; ;
\n* Research and innovation centres.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. ADMISSION CRITERIA<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The project leader undertakes to:<\/p>\n

* Provide accurate, honest and complete information; ;
\n* Hold the rights to the submitted project; ;
\n* Submit the requested documents within the specified timeframes; ;
\n* Comply with the submission and selection procedures.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. SELECTION PROCESS<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Projects follow a three-stage qualification process:<\/p>\n

1. Administrative admissibility; ;
\n2. Technical and financial qualification; ;
\n3. Integration into the Data Room for qualified investors.<\/p>\n

SIREXE INVEST does not guarantee that a project will be selected or financed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. PRIVACY<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

SIREXE INVEST guarantees the protection of project developers' strategic information.<\/p>\n

As such:<\/p>\n

* Sensitive information is protected; ;
\n* Access to confidential documents is restricted to qualified investors; ;
\n* A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to any access to the Data Room; ;
\n* Access is secured, controlled and tracked.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. INVESTOR COMMITMENTS<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Investors undertake to:<\/p>\n

* Use the information exclusively for the purpose of project evaluation; ;
\n* Respect confidentiality agreements; ;
\n* Do not reproduce, communicate or distribute the received documents without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the project sponsor.<\/p>\n

Participation in SIREXE INVEST does not entail any transfer of intellectual or industrial property.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

8. DATA PROTECTION<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personal and professional data are processed in accordance with applicable regulations and exclusively for the operational needs of SIREXE INVEST.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

9. LIABILITY<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

SIREXE INVEST acts as a facilitator and trusted third party.<\/p>\n

It guarantees neither:<\/p>\n

* the reaching of an agreement between the parties; ;
\n* securing funding; ;
\n* nor the economic success of the projects presented.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

10. ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Participants agree to respect:<\/p>\n

* The laws and regulations in force; ;
\n* Anti-corruption and money laundering regulations; ;
\n* The principles of transparency, integrity and good governance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

11. ACCEPTANCE<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Any registration for SIREXE INVEST constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Participation.<\/p>\n
